Charissa Thompson, born April 4, 1982 in Seattle Washington United States is one of America's most famous and wealthiest Sportscasters. ESPN analyst was appointed as a co-host for SportsNation at the end of 2012. She co-hosted ABC program Splash together with Joey Lawrence. Thompson was born in Seattle Washington. The youngest of three, Thompson wanted to make a profession of broadcasting at a young age. Thompson attended Inglemoor High School at Kenmore Washington. Thompson moved to California and attended the community college. Then, she was went to the University of California Santa Barbara and earned a Bachelor of Arts. Law and Society, in 2004. Thompson clarified that while Sports Illustrated stated she attended UC Santa Barbara before transferring from UC Santa Barbara to a California Community College, she was not in attendance in Washington State. Thompson received an invitation from Sports Illustrated to do body painting in their Swimsuit Issue before starting her broadcasting career.
